Job Title: Data Scientist Job Duties: Design and develop scalable machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, leveraging advanced Neural Networks and Large Language Models (LLMs) for predictive analytics and intelligent automation use cases. Build and optimize distributed data processing pipelines using PySpark and SQL, enabling large-scale data transformation, feature engineering, and model training on big data platforms. Implement end-to-end ML lifecycle management using MLflow, including experiment tracking, model versioning, performance monitoring, and automated deployment workflows. Develop robust data architectures leveraging Delta Lake for ACID-compliant data lakes and integrate cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery to support high-performance analytical workloads. Orchestrate batch and real-time data pipelines using Airflow, ensuring reliable scheduling, monitoring, and dependency management across complex workflows. Apply Large Language Models (LLMs) for NLP tasks including text classification, semantic search, summarization, and conversational AI solutions. Engineer scalable model training frameworks utilizing distributed computing and optimized neural network architectures to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and production readiness. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering and DevOps teams to deploy machine learning solutions into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and governance compliance. Will work in Plano TX and/or at various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to client sites as required by project (approx 70%). Telecommuting permitted on some projects (approx 30%).
