Project Delivery Manager

Job Description: Work with management to generate and maintain quarterly project implementation, process improvement, and system maintenance work plans for IT services and software projects.Assist in defining strategic objectives and implementing service delivery processes, metrics and reporting requirements. Manage multiple projects, assignments and priorities simultaneously. Execute project from inception through to full operation, including definition of the project scope, development of the statement of work, budget estimates, project activities, deliverables, and success criteria. Identify and facilitate opportunities to improve processes as initiatives transition through lifecycle from strategy, design, implementation, and support. Participate in hiring activities and fulfilling affirmative action obligations and ensuring compliance with the EEO policy. Define the SLA and other expectations with business partners; establish schedules; collaborate with inter and intra-departmental stakeholders on content and processes. Manage accountability by monitoring progress and results; give feedback effectively to both vendor and direct partner labor.Contribute to organization’s body of knowledge on process design, modeling, execution, monitoring and optimization.Manage communication to Technology and Marketing leadership on status of the creation and maintenance of rate plans and product offerings. Manage annual, quarterly, weekly and ad hoc reporting pertaining to activity. Develop, recommend, and/or implement strategic initiatives associated with improving practices. Work with the following: IT service delivery processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management; CA Clarity, Microsoft Project, RFP, SDLC, Data Integration, Compliance, HITECH Act, SCM, CRM, SharePoint, Visio and Microsoft Office Suite. Other similar professional duties as assigned.

Work Hours: M-F; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 40 hrs/week.

Experience and Education: Require Master’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or equivalent and 3 years experience in the job offered or 3 years experience as a Senior/Project/Program Manager, Project Lead, System/Business Analyst, Programmer, or equivalent.

Experience to include: IT service delivery processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management; CA Clarity, Microsoft Project, RFP, SDLC, Data Integration, Compliance, HITECH Act, SCM, CRM, SharePoint, Visio and Microsoft Office Suite. Relocation and travel to unanticipated locations within USA possible. In lieu of a Master’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or equivalent and 3 years experience, employer will accept a Bachelor?s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or equivalent and 5 years? experience, or will accept a suitable combination of education, training or experience.
